Planning a brand activation that changes behaviour, not just footfall
Footfall is easy to buy. Getting people to try, sign up or switch takes a plan built around one action.

Most activations are measured by how many people showed up. That is the wrong number. The right question is how many people did the thing you wanted them to do.
Start from the action
Before the concept, before the stand design, name the single behaviour that matters. Download the app. Taste the product. Register a line. Everything else on site exists to move people toward that one action.
Design the path, not just the space
People should arrive, understand the offer in seconds, have a reason to engage, and leave having acted. If any step relies on a brand ambassador improvising, it will break at scale. Script it and rehearse it.
Measure what you promised
Agree the numbers before the activation, not after. Capture them cleanly on the day and report them in the same shape you set the target. That is how the next budget gets approved.
