Running a national roadshow without losing quality between towns
The first stop is always sharp. Keeping stop number twelve just as sharp is the real job.

A roadshow is the same event performed many times in different places with a tired crew. Quality slips quietly unless the plan protects it.
One playbook, carried everywhere
Every stop runs from the same document: setup sequence, timings, the exact words for the offer, the pack down checklist. New local staff are briefed against it, not against whatever the last town did.
Kit that survives the road
Build in spares, label every case, and pack so the setup order is the unpack order. A missing bracket in Kisumu should not cost you the morning.
A reset between stops
Crews need rest and the kit needs checks. Build genuine gaps into the schedule. A packed calendar that ignores this produces a great week one and a poor week three.
